Year 4 pupils have had an art-filled term. We have been learning about proportion, composition, sculpture, and patterns in drawing.
We have used charcoal and rubber to show areas of light and dark in our drawings. We also made our own wax resist drawings to create unique prints.
Additionally, we have been experimenting with sculptures. We used tools to create shapes from soap and made wire sculptures using a template to position the wire. We also had time for some shadow art!
We have had a great time being artists this term.
