Today, our Year 6 pupils took part in the Southwark Junior Citizenship Scheme workshop, gaining valuable life skills to help them transition to secondary school. They participated in interactive sessions covering essential topics such as safe commuting on buses and the underground, road and fire safety, personal safety, and how to walk to school safely.
The professionals who led the sessions were impressed with the pupils’ knowledge and their excellent behaviour throughout the day. This workshop provided our Year 6 pupils with important tools for their future, helping them feel more confident as they move on to the next stage of their education.

Alex Perry, the coordinator, praised the children, saying their behaviour was “Impeccable” and that they were “The best school they’ve had in the decade he has been running the programme.”
