What an incredible trip it’s been for our Year 5s! Yesterday was packed with magic – they watched a beautiful sunset, made shadows with torches on their nighttime walk, roasted marshmallows, and even managed to finish a couple of jigsaws. Dinner was a hit too, with the choice of falafel wraps or chicken wraps with chips.
The evening ended with some lovely reflections. Their favourite moments? Making it to the top of the mountain, getting creative with arts and crafts, and, of course, roasting marshmallows! Many said they were grateful for the amazing hostel, the comfy beds, and simply being there to make unforgettable memories. Future adventure plans? Jumping in puddles and coming back again!
They’re now on their way home – tired, happy, and with plenty of dirty clothes. Get ready to hear all about their South Downs adventures!
