In Robyn’s class, we have been exploring habitats and why different environments suit different animals. This week, we set up an experiment to find out whether woodlice prefer a damp or dry environment.
We carefully prepared two areas—one dry and one damp—then observed what the woodlice would do. After some time, we discovered that most of them chose the damp side! This helped us understand how animals adapt to their surroundings to survive.
It was an exciting investigation, and we can’t wait to learn more about different habitats!
