This term, our Year 2 children explored the exciting world of Digital Imagery in Computing. They enjoyed using the iPads to take photographs of their animal models in the Forest School area, learning how to capture the perfect shot.
To ensure high-quality images, the children followed key photography tips:

🚫 Ensuring no one was blocking the subject
👀 Checking that the image was well-framed and focused
After capturing their images, the children applied their editing skills to enhance their photos. They explored tools such as:
🌞 Exposure – adjusting the light levels
💡 Brightness – making the picture clearer
🎨 Saturation – adding or reducing colour intensity
🔥 Warmth – creating cooler or warmer tones
✨ Vibrancy – making colours pop
