Year 6 have been getting into the rhythm with weekly Samba drumming lessons this spring term! Each session, they explore a range of traditional Brazilian percussion instruments, from the booming surdos to the sharp tamborims, working together to create energetic, lively beats.
Samba drumming is all about teamwork, rhythm and fun, and the children are growing in confidence each week. We can’t wait to share their progress—parents are invited to come and listen on 1st April at 3pm!
