The Year 2 children had a fantastic time experimenting with colour mixing in Art! We started by revisiting the difference between primary and secondary colours, then got creative with a fun, hands-on activity.
Using watery primary colours on wet paper, we tilted our trays and watched as the colours blended and swirled together. It was exciting to see new secondary colours appear before our eyes!
This activity helped us observe colour mixing in action, sparking curiosity and creativity as we explored different combinations!
