This week, Year 3 had an exciting day at Walworth Gardens, full of exploration and hands-on learning!
The children were welcomed by expert guides who led them on a tour through the gardens, introducing them to a wide range of plants and their roles in the ecosystem. They learned how plants reproduce through flowers, seeds, and fruits, gaining a deeper understanding of nature.
The fun continued with a hands-on workshop, where the children examined seeds and even planted their own. This activity brought the theory of plant reproduction to life!
The day ended with lively discussions as the children eagerly shared what they had learned. It was an unforgettable experience that strengthened our class bond and left us excited for our next adventure!
