This week in science, Year1 have been learning about different body parts. All the children were able to name various body parts and point to them. They then had a go at drawing around their friend and labeling the body.
We also had a class discussion about birds and cats, exploring which body parts are similar and which are different. The children then worked in pairs using a Venn diagram to compare human and dog body parts, identifying which were shared and which were unique.
