Last week, our Year 2 students began their new multiplication unit with lots of enthusiasm!
Using counters, they explored making equal groups and learned how to represent these using repeated addition.
The hands-on activities have helped them understand the concept of multiplication in a fun and practical way. It’s been wonderful to see their confidence grow as they solve problems and explain their thinking. A great start to the unit!
