Our much loved knitting and crochet Club, led by the wonderful Ragini, continues to be a highlight of the week. Children are steadily improving their skills, trying new stitches and proudly showing off their creations.
The club is a calm and happy space, as one child shared: “I love knitting and crochet because it’s calming and you can sell it for money! It’s so calming nothing can distract me!” Another added, “You can make so many things – bags, blankets, pillows, gloves, hats, clothes and scarves!”
The children have learnt the basics of knitting and crochet at the club and have taken their learning to greater heights by enhancing their skills from YouTube channels. This is evident from the photographs of their creativity!
