School Council helped all children in EYFS and Key Stage 1 to plant a hyacinth bulb. Councilors went to classes, collected children and then supported them to add soil, the bulb and water. Some classes are keeping their bulbs in school; they will tend to them and watch them grow as part of their science curriculum. Others are bringing their plants home to learn to care for them independently. Well done School Council, you did a fantastic job of guiding the younger children in such a nurturing manner!
