Year 3 and 4 had a lovely Friday afternoon sharing the work they’ve been doing learning recorder (Year 4) and ukulele (Year 3). Though parents weren’t able to join us because of the heat, the children were a fantastic audience for each other and really celebrated the talents of their peers.
Each class performed two or three songs – Year 4 were particularly impressed to learn that Year 3 have only been learning the ukulele for 8 lessons!
Several members of staff stopped by to listen and complimented the children’s professionalism.
As always, thank you so much to the amazing Danny, who makes all of this happen. All the children are looking forward to learning new instruments next year!
