Trip to Hyde Park (Y4)

This week, Year Four went on a trip to Hyde Park to complete a scavenger hunt based on our science topic: classification of living things. It was a cold, windy and rainy day, but that didn’t stop us! We worked in small groups, using maps to find flowering and non-flowering plants and different types of animals.

We visited the Rose Garden, saw the Achilles statue and walked by the Serpentine Lake. Despite the weather, we spotted lots of interesting wildlife. Thankfully, the rain stopped just in time for our picnic lunch and we had fun running around and playing afterwards.
Everyone behaved really well and completed the challenge. It was a fun and memorable day!
