What a wonderful way to end an amazing year! Our Year 6 children have enjoyed some fantastic final activities before beginning their exciting journey to secondary school.
Our Art and DT Exhibition gave the children the opportunity to proudly share their beautiful memory boxes and tote bags with parents, siblings and their Reception buddies. It was a lovely celebration of their creativity and hard work.
The children also enjoyed a fun afternoon at Burgess Park, playing rounders and spending time in the playground. They showed excellent teamwork, encouragement and sportsmanship throughout.
To finish, Year 6 spent one last special session with their Reception buddies, enjoying tricycles and scooters, water play and even running a busy pretend chicken shop! It was a joyful afternoon and a lovely way to celebrate the friendships they have built this year.
We are so proud of everything our Year 6 children have achieved and wish them every success as they move on to secondary school! We wish you all the best.
